I have been working with 2nd and 3rd year students to develop creative thinking and visual communication strategies for almost 15 years. These projects have a strong focus on exploration and playful discovery.

My area of special interest is communication design for social change.

I have conceptualized and facilitated various student projects in conjunction with the Centre for Human Rights and Centre for Aids research at UP. This varied from poster design to animated public service announcements.

These projects won numerous awards for the UP 4th year groups at the annual "Television for Good" Awards hosted by MNet.

I also conceptualized various urban intervention student projects that formed part of the Cool Capital initiative. These resulted in multiple outputs, from animation, and short films to site specific activations.
